I am in the final stages of completely parting out my 2001 ST 4x2. I have lots of items on ebay and still have a lot more to auction. Right now I have the P/S pump, single CD/Cassette player, exhaust inlet pipe, and a whole lot more. All of my items are listed with no reserve and most of them start at $0.01 to $1.00. Items are listed under seller name "theminordetails".

Some of the items that are not yet listed, that I still have, are:

Complete 4:10 limited slip rear end with brand new bearings (need to be installed still)

Complete engine assembly with 70K miles (ran full synthetic oil). Willing sell parts of engine.

Complete automatic transmission with O/D. (Fluid and filter changed every 15K miles.

Complete bed assembly (without liners, fenders, and tailgate).

Stock tail lamp assemblies.

Misc. interior panels and trim.

Window motors (not sunroof or back glass).

A lot of folks from this site have purchased items from me and can tell you that the truck was immaculate. The parts are in like new condition and I am an honest guy who is not trying to get rich, I just didn't have the heart to send her to scrap.

Thanks for your time and I hope to be able to serve you.

P. S. Shipping would be from Vista, CA 92083:)

Thanx CJ. Actually, the auctions allowed me to break even with the cost of buying the truck back from the insurance company. Part of me still wishes I had gone ahead and taken a shot at bringing her back to life. I hav a new (used 2001 4x4) now, but it just isn't the same. I have replaced the shocks all the way around with new ones, put in my old 6-disc in-dash CD player, leather seats, tonneau, light bar, high series center console, amp, sub-woofer, swapped door speakers, bought custom rims; the list goes on and on. The bottom line is that the one I rolled was a beauty and AAA didn't give me enough to replace it with something equivelant, so I got a "fixer-upper". The new ST is coming along...it's just not my Baby. Anyway, I kind of got lost in it for a moment there. Thank you for the reply. I am still chuckling to myself when I think back to your email. Stay safe up there and than you for the thankless job you do.

Todd: Please let me know when you post the auction for the limited slip. I'm interested if you can provide more info. Thanks. Daniel

You've got it Daniel. In fact, you can rest assured that I will post a notice on this site to let everyone know it is up for grabs. The cost of shipping would be a factor for most people, so I am going to have to research the least expensive method of shipping, or only offer it as a "pick up only" item. I know the whole assembly retails for over $2,500 from Ford. I am including the brake drum assemblies with the rear end.

I'm sorry Daniel, I just noticed that I never responded to the part of your reply that asked for more info on the rear end. It has 70K miles on it. The rear bearings need to be replaced(common for STs), but I have new Timkens still in their boxes that I purchased from AutoZone. The differential and axle shaft housings are straight. The axle shafts are in excellent shape. The differential is the one everyone wants on their ST; the 4:10 Limited Slip. Drums will be included, along with all brake hardware, wheel cylinders, stock sway bar, leaf springs(if you want them), rear speed sensor, and any lines or wires attached to the rear end. Hell, I might even throw in the chewed up rims and bald tires I put on the axle so that I could move it around the garage easily if I needed to.;)
