Offroading in pinelands

I was told by someone that you can go offroading with your truck in the pinelands in New Jersey. I was wondering if anyone knew something about this. If so what part of it and do you have to have a permit of some sort.

Thankyou Sorin that is what i was looking for (pinebarens) also i did not know of the one in pa i have a house kinda close up there thankyou for letting me know of that one. I may have to go there also. Have you been to any of them before. Were you in your trac if you did. How was it. crowded, made for xtreme 4x4s everyware, made for atvs mostly......
