Have you tried your local Ford dealership's parts department? They can give you a part number and tell you if they're still available. When the mats in my '02 wore out I tried a pair of Weathertech mats; the only problem was that they were made for the regular Explorer, which doesn't have the locating pegs molded into the rubber flooring. I ended up punching a hole through the mats to accomodate the pegs. Not ideal, but it worked OK and saved me the hassle of returning my order.

Up here in Canada they have gone "vintage" already. Dealer can get them for me-at $415 +tax!!
