Congress finally did something right as well; they passed legislation to give incentives to companies that keep jobs in the U.S. I feel that Lou Dobbs (war on the middle class) and others are making an impact as well.

We are the most productive workers on the planet but that goes hand in hand with the fact that we work longer hours and get less time off than most other developed nations.
The average French worker puts in about 250 hours a year less than me. That translates to about another 6 weeks off that I could find something to do with.

They already have incentives.....Billions (maybe even Brazillions, as Bush would say) in U.S. dollars!

The only problem is that us Americans need a fair wage to live off of. China has us beat. They work for pennies.
