Painted bumpers or swap

I want to change my bumper covers and side cladding from the gray texture to White to match my paint. Can I just paint them? I mean I dont know what it would look like being white and still that textured look. About how much would I be looking at to just replace them for the smooth ones and hopefully find a full set of white or get them painted to match? Any comment would be helpfull!

if you do it by how it says on the projects section how well does it hold up in all types of weather. it looks good but i dont want it to start chipping off
