painting cladding

If I put mothers back to black on the cladding then paint it, will the mothers back to black afftect how well it sticks?

Of course it will affect how well the paint sticks. If you clean the cladding well and spray an adhesion promoter, it will work fine. Are you talking about putting the back to black on right before you paint it?

It will not stick at all.... Would be like spray painting Ice....

Even if you use a heavy plastic parts cleaner before you paint, you can still cause an issue..
