Well Im going to get the caldding painted, and the grey on the int. around the radio, gauges, cup holders and the hand holds. I dont know if Im going to get the cladding color matched or black yet. I was wondering what you guys/gals have done and how you like it, Ive seen both and cant seem to decide. Im getting it done prefessionally by a guy who I am swapping out services with, so it should look great (it better). The int. stuff will be done in black.

I tried to upload some before pictures to my library but could only get a couple because they take up too much space. I need to figure out how to resize them before I put them on here, before I get the after pics.

Thanks!

I just went with black. It is alot cheaper and looks good to me. Buuut it's ur call.

heres a pic.

Woppy,

How was that done? My 01 grey cladding is in need of a touch up. Im not interested in the monotone cladding (my ST is white), but would love to have my grey cladding painted grey or black. How did you do yours? Or how did you have it done? How much did it set you back?

Thanks

If taped off properly, could you paint the cladding while on the vehicle? I really do not have time to take everything off, paint, and put back on.

Thanks Woppy, appreciate the input. Glad to know someone did it. Why didn't you take the side cladding off, too much of a hassle to tape off?

I like the all black look. Mine is black w/ the gray cladding as well. Next month my ST is FINALLY paid off (5 years at $428.82), so two of my plans are to install navigation and a total repaint - I'm going to slightly alter the color by having a touch of blue added to the black!
