Performance exhaust options

Greetings fellow tracers,
I'm torn between a thrush glasspack and a cherry bomb glasspack for my '04 4L v6. There's lots of performance exhaust systems out there.
I was wondering if anyone has done a similar project with their 4l v6? It would be great to hear from anyone with experience with this project!

IMO, most all glass packs sound alike. Difference can be, louvers turned towards motor or tail pipe. can change sound some.

Just installed Flowmaster 40 with res delete and 3" tip. Sounds much better..

Have you noticed any performance improvements? Gas mileage?

No performance improvement or gas mileage though improved sounds

Throwing on a exhaust and intake won't give you any real gains in the normal rpm range that you'll be driving in no matter the manufacturer unless you get it tuned, besides that it does make nice vroom vroom sounds
