Photoshop Help

I know it isn't my ST, but I am hoping that someone can help me out? Could you replace the silver wheel color with the charcoal skirting color. I am thinking of refinishing the wheels to match the skirting and I'd like to "see" it first.

Thanks FlipTrac_511, I saved it. Would it be difficult to make the skirting blue now? I would like to see that, but if it is difficult don't worry about it.
