Haven't posted any pics since I first bought her last fall, but here she is now-pretty much bone stock. Only mods I've done so fare are to remove the roof rack cross rails, add Weathertech vent visors, and a GTS Shadeblade visor on the rear window. But, more changes are coming very, very soon. Exhaust is getting done on Friday, rims/tires in a few weeks, and I'll be making some changes to the intake (think "Nocturnal") as soon as all the parts arrive. I'm also planning on removing the roof rack soon.

I like the gen2 in white. I didnt know the gts rear shade was still available. Where did you get it? My avs shade is starting to sag in the middle from texas heat and 12yrs.

Never did like it's look. I have the egr in channel side shades. They are thicker and more stout to cracking than avs. For the gen1 the front door shades come all the way down to the frame, below the mirrors..

Your trac is going to look nice when you get the personal touch...:supercool:

If I ever get a gen2, I want white as first choice..

Very nice, Andy

What you saying Eddie, white Gen 1's don't look nice? I get it, only silver for those. LOL

Agree Eddie, Andy's 2010 looks nice and is very CLEAN. (Because it's white)

Steve,

Thanks for the link. Im going to have to wait a month. I spent $250 on the Harley today. Went to the dealer to get a replacment shift arm for the tranny, $22. Mine was clamped fully, but a little loose on the splined shaft. Before I got out I spent the rest on custom parts...:banghead:

I need to have tunnel vision, when I go in there....:bwahaha:

Thanks for the compliments, guys. When I was looking for a Gen 2 Trac, white wasn't even on my radar. Then I saw this one sitting on a local Ford dealer's lot, and something about it just stuck with me. And as I kept looking at it, I saw all kinds of potential for personalization/mods. So that, and the fact that it was a one-owner vehicle with a meticulous scheduled maintenance history at this same dealership is how I ended up with this one.

Eddie,

The link that Steve posted is exactly where I bought my GTS Shadeblade. It's a good, quality product.

I had the AVS window visors on my '04 STA. When I compare them to the Weathertech ones I now have on my '10, the difference is night and day. The quality of the WT visors is much better than the AVS ones. They snap in very easily and snugly (without any 3M tape), and the plastic seems to be a better quality material.

Plus, WT products are made in the USA. I'm not sure about the AVS ones.

Also, the WT HQ/factory store is about two hours from my house. So I went up there & bought them, which for a car guy is like a kid in a toy store!

So I had the exhaust done last Friday morning. Removed the OEM resonator/muffler and had a Flowmaster Delta Flow 50 installed. I also had a dual-outlet tip ran out the back. The whole job was done by the sweet grandma (Nelda) in the picture. She's one helluva welder, and runs Red's Muffler Shop in Urbana, IL. It sounds great, and I think that tip looks really good too!

I just bought a set of the WT ones to replace my AVS ones of which one broke somehow. I love them much better than the AVS ones, but after seeing everywhere and hearing WT brag about made in USA, I was a little disappointed than on both of my front visors it says "Made in Germany".

I'd buy them again though if I had to.

The transformation continues. In the last two weeks, I've repainted all of the black trim on the hood cowl, side steps, wiper arms, bed cleats, and rear bumper step. I also removed the roof rack, added black headlights, and a black grille. The final piece for the front end will be to add the amber "Iron Man" fog light housings.
