PLease help losing power uphill, bad milage, check engine light.

I drove the truck the other day going uphill it feels like its going to just give up. the check engine light that stays on, started blinking. I think the mpg is really low, but Im not sure since I dont drive it much.

Could a bad o2 sensor be the cause?

Ive had autozone check the code before but he just kinda read off a little bit of each and I didnt get the numbers or anything.

Need to get the codesread again. Write them down and post them here. Trying to guess whats wrong is useles. Guessing can turn into expensive parts swaping and still not fix it.

Get the codes.... Even if you find a local member or a guy with a ford that has an xcal and reads the codes for you...
