Travis,
I would check the CV Joints first. Popping and clicking noises, especially on turns while the suspension is flexing up or down is a very common symptom of a bad CV Joint. Look for cracked or torn CV Boots and signs that the grease has leaked or was thrown out by centrifical force as the wheel/axle spins. Usually it's the outside CV Joints that cause the problems, but check both the inner an outer CV Joints.
If the popping is heard when the wheels are turn to the left or right maximum limit when the suspension moves up or down, it could simply be that the steering stops need to be lubricated.
If it's in the suspension/swaybar bushings, often times a bit of silicone spray will quiet them down, unless they need to be replaced, which would give very different symptoms
