But to post a pic, Look below thew box you type in, there is a folder looking icon, Click on that then pic the pic you want...

That's a very clear picture on your monitor. If that's a TV show, I'd like to know what you're using for an antenna. I've tried a few options with my TV tuner, with less-than-perfect results.
