While I can't tell you how to fix it yourself, I can tell you that it cost me $403 @ the dealer to have the same problem w/my driver door alone fixed. The dealer had to replace the driver door latch & actuator.

Good Luck!

It could be actuators,or. Try spraying the the latches and inside where the lock rod is. Might just be be sticking. Especialy if you hear the actuator trying to work.

Ditto Eddie. If spray lube doesn't help, you will need to remove the door panels to inspect.

Leave the windows up and inspect with a flashlight and mirror. Be careful of sharp edges.

the power actuators are held in place by a large single rivet. My pass side unit simply became unattached. Does your make any noise, but show's no movement?

Local body shop put a replacement rivet back in for me-these rivets are huge, take a special rivet tool.

Ditto on the spray lube on the latch's also. Good luck
