Power Outlet

On my '04 there is a 12V power outlet on the center console but on the passenger side like underneath the glove box if some of you guys know what im talking about. That outlet doesnt work when i plug something in. Is it fuse i need to replace or what?

More than likely it is a fuse. It could be a bad connection, bad socket or about a dozen other issues. However, the common fault is a fuse.

Check the fuse is position 22 in the fuse panel relay next to the steering wheel. It should be a 20amp fuse. I had it go out on me several times so I replaced it with a 25amp and have had no problems since. Good luck.
