Power Seat Failure

My driver side power seat has went out. Its stuck in a middle position that's really too close to be comfortable for me, but too far back for my wife to reach the pedals. I've been scouring the web to find a place to order the motor, but can't find any. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Could it just be the switch ???



Do the other functions work.. ???



Might be able to just get a junk yard power track and just swap out the track ...

I have same problem. My fuse keeps blowin. Ill put on in and it will work, but as soon as I turn the ST on it blows.

I don't think its the switch because the motor will still move the seat around 4-5 inches each way. It moves a bit then kinda winds down, kinda like the battery died. Then you can move it the other way about the same amount.

hmm...



I would remove the seat and lube the tracks and the cable... IT may have built up gunk in the track stopping the motor from moving it...



IT sounds un likely, but worth a shot...



IF there are 2 motors in the seat, you may be able to switch them...
