Last weekend I finally installed Power Slot Rotors with Hawk Pads. Oh and while I had it apart I decided to paint the calipers (Duplicolor Caliper Paint). Anyway it took awhile to bed in the pads but the verdict is... It's worth the cost. Braking distance is shorter and there is a better feel at the pedal. The Hawk pads do make a little noise though.

I also replaced the rear drums and that took care of the last remaining vibration that I was fighting coming from the rear.

So when I was done I went to a quiet spot just a couple miles down the road for a deserved nap.

I'm going to paint the rear drums next after I survive a week of combat skills training.

Happy Easter:)

Painted calipers lokk dumb. No wait...I tke that back. Drums look dumb. This is what I did to make the drums on my 2002 look better.

Looks good Greg....I've been thinking of upgrading my rotors as well.

I painted my drums, but I just went with black, looks better then rust, and all the colors of brake paint would clash with what I want.

Tiger: I'll just go with black also fro the drums.

Tom: Someday I want to do the rear disc conversion. If you ever come to Oregon I could use a hand!
