Power steering and brakes squeeking

Anyone have any problems with their power steering and brakes squeeking when it is cold outside. My 04 ST was doing it this morning when I was leaving to go to work. Is this a common problem when it is cold outside. The temp was 33 this morning when I was leaving at 5:50am.

Yes it has been cold in North Texas and just recently I am experiencing the same thing you are talking about
