After receiving an email from these guys that included the title ?Ford May Give Axe to V6 Engine? I couldn?t resist leaving a comment on their website. The real story is that someone found some information that suggests that the 3.7L V6 may be dropped from the Mustang for 2018. I basically told them that their headline was very misleading and that Ford uses V6 engines in many other models besides the Mustang. If you watch Gannon Pritchard?s video he also refers to the 2.3L 4 cylinder EcoBoost in the Mustang as a ?little bitty engine?. I also informed them that the ?little bitty 2.3L? has more hp and torque than the V6 and that most people who would buy a V6 Mustang would probably never open the hood anyway. My comment got deleted. As far as I'm concerned, Pritchard is a tool. :bwahaha:
