Pulling the TT Almost to Alaska

WOW the ST did great. We just bought a new 24' TT at 4400lbs. I put new Monroe Reflex shocks the EE swaybar that I put on when i bought the truck and a K&N high performance air Filter and truck works great. A little under powered going through the Northern Rookies but managed to keep it above 40 mph even on the steep ones. The truck handles the weight very well.

We left Fort Nelson BC and traveled up to Dawson City Yukon to to see the Klondike Gold russh area. This is a great trip for anyone interested in the History of the North.

Hey Kirk,

Is your trailer 4400lbs dry or is that the total including gear?

Also, how did the Monroe reflex do with that much weight on the rear, was your ST sagging?

It wouldn't matter if he had Reflex, OE shocks, or no shocks. The weight capacity is dictated by the springs. The shocks control the springs, and jeep them from bouncing all over the place.
