I have a hard tonneau on my track. Cap city USA. Anyhow I get a vibration from the hinges on the underside of the tonneau. I have tried to put some foam rubber to make it stop banging on the tonneau. Has anyone else had this problem and what would be a good solution. I have tried adjusting the hinges but that still does not work. It bothers me when I put the rear window down. It is not causing any damage just an annoying noise.

You may want to go by Cap City, and see what they can do about it. Perhaps the hinges are worn out and too loose?

Maybe you should get the lift kit from Rich, it might make it more stable.

Is it a chirping type sound? If so, open your tail gate and drive around. If the noise is gone, lubricate the pivots and latches on the gate. Very common issue people have a hard time figuring out.
