Rattle in gear

While in gear there is a ratteling sound coming from under the hood (while stopped). When i put the car in park or neutral it stops. Im new to fords, im used to Jeeps and Imports... is this the belt tensioner? And if so how much of a pain is it to replace?:unsure:

Josh, It is more then likely the rear chain is stretched.....

I just went through this....



I raised my idle with my xcal to 850 it went away.....
