Re-installed factory radio, now back controls don't work! HELP!

I recently un-installed my aftermarket cd player and re-installed the factory deck and now the rear controls for audio don't work. They worked before the aftermarket CD player was installed.



Did I forget to plug something up correctly?



I am not much on stereo knowledge (Best Buy installed the aftermarket player) so please help!!
