I was standing away from my truck and I noticed a line hanging from the axle and dragging the ground. It appears to be some sort of rubber hose vent tube for the rear axle. It is connected to the axle between the differential and drivers side wheel. I think I have seen it posted on here where these have fallen off before. Can someone please tell me before I crawl under there where to look so I can hook this tube back up. Thanks

Axel is a Germanic name, also common in Scandinavia meaning "My father is peace". It is a Danish form of the Hebrew name Absalon.

LOL is this english class ????

Me,

I would actually recommend a zip tie to the bracket that the side of the spare tire touches.

thats where I tied mine..

Oh, you guys are going to get it!

Just crawl under; you'll see where it goes. It's supposed to be attached above breather hole in the axle tube. Thre is a clip just forward of the shock top mount position.

Check the photo.

Thanks guys for the vent tube info.

We all know there is only one axle that matters and it is spelled like this. AXL
