Rear Seat Latch Adjustment?

Is there an adjustment for the rear seat latch? The black catch loop

fastened to the rear storage panel has an excessive amount of play.

Wrapped the catch/striker with some black tape and had mixed results.

Also, does the bezel pry off? No information in the Ford workshop manual.

Thanks anyway Eddie, the latch isn't the problem. No adjustment that I can see.
