Rear shocks

Any suggestions on what type of rear shocks to get?

I like the Monroe rear shocks with the attached load assist springs on my 2001 Sport Trac.

I got the KYB ones, front and rear. They are a great improvement on the stock shocks..

Picked up a set of Gabriel shocks all around, installed myself. A local shop was asking $300 for shocks and labor.
All four were less than $140, install was an afternoon. Took my time and cleaned a few parts while replacing the shocks.
