rear window seal

I just picked up an 08 sport trac and i noticed that the seal on the bottom of the rear sliding window looks like its jammed down the opening. Did a little digging on this site and couldn't find much about it.

They LOVE to snap off and its a nightmare to get a new one, Most people find aftermarket stuff to use..... Open the window fully and using something plastic, slowly walk it to the right position... do not tear it...
