per Ford web site: Local offer in Birmingham shows $2000 cash back off 08; also shows the $4000 + $400 - does this constitute $6400 total off or will the $4400 from the factory delete the $2K?

a dealer near Knoxville TN was offering a $4000 rebate + additional $400 off 08 ST this past weekend, made me consider one but still not ready to bite the bullit
