I did not try this product, but saw an ad in June's CAR AND DRIVER page 142.

The company is not admitting that were deceptive but have settled with the Federal Trade Commission.

People are idiots. Beyond believing a magnet can better your mileage, you've got 30 days to return a product, for any reason, 99% of the time. There's just too much defending the stupid these days.
