Depends on your model, download forscan, get the free 2 months fully license and reset him first, maybe this solve your problem

Btw. With forscan you can program your own keys and the license for one year is just 12 dollar, but you can do a lot..

I purchased the left one and yes forscan runs on windows laptop

First, you download forscan and install, then you apply for the 2 months free ful version trial..the send you the code and activate the software..there a couple videos out for research...

OBDLink EX FORScan OBD Adapter https://a.co/d/ePJdzLi

Arguably the best one for FORScan. Read/write, fast, no switches, just works.

I purchased a new one from Flagship One
516-766-2223
Mine had a problem with the water temp
It was programed to your vin
The part number was superceided twice
It runs great and gas mileage is much better without losing any power
You may have to have your keys reprogramed
Expensive though $929

My son bought a forscan for his new ranger, I got the license, he did alot of changes and tweaks ( nothing to engine or transmission and shift points ) defiantly worth it......local Ford Dealer charges 150.00 just to hookup to it. Then he did my 2010 sport trac adrenalin.....

I see you have couple error codes, I think if you click on the gear icon, there is the pcm reset... will check tomorrow one my laptop

Thank You. I tried the PCM reset. I also downloaded the Factory AB file and wrote that to the PCM (it said nothing changed), I forced it to write and and it went through the process, but still the same. Is there a way to fake out the fuel level in the one command line?

Before you buy a new ECM try this.
I did not and it cost me $926. Mine was not bad but this fixed it.
That reset does not always drain all the capacitors in the ECM. This can make act like a bad ECM. Do this but will reset The ECM to factory. You will lose all your settings and have to drive a while for it to relearn your driving style as you had to when the vehicle was new. Remove the battery cables and put a 1 ohm 10 watt resistor across them for about 30 minutes. Now try driving it.

reset the PCM and drained it. The fuel gauge initially went to E when I turned it on (not below E) but after a minute or two the gauge dropped below E and the check engine light came back on. I force wrote the as built data again but I am wondering if I am doing it wrong , it says executing service procedure but is stuck on 0% and never doesn’t do anything after read block 1 write block 1, but if I hit stop it says service procedure completed successfully.
