Repost (Tires and Lift Kit)

I joined the site yesturday and made a few posts that got deleted so I'm redoing them. I have a stock 03' ST that i'm looking to eventually lift and put bigger tires. How big can I go without lifting it. Any suggestions for tire size? And im looking into a P.A. 3" body lift...anyone know anything about that?

Also someone posted about tires they were looking to sell and i wanted to know more about them unfortunetly i didnt get your name so i dont know how to find you

I think some have run 275/75-16 on stock wheels. Slight front rub at full turn.



edit; I was refering to the gen1 trac '01 to '05. Gen2 is a different trac '07 to '08.

once you have a 3" PA body lift you can fit 285/75/16 tires (32.8")

I had 275/70/16 with no lift and slight rub on the sway bar at full turn. Now I have a TT/Shackle lift with the aforementioned 285/75/16 with slight rub. There was quite a bit of rub until a combination of the tres and me trimmed the fender wells.

With no lift at all, a 31" will fit and maybe a 32". A 3" bodylift will let you fit a 33". A TT/shackle lift will let you fit a 32" or a narrow 33", like a 285/75-16 or 33x10.50-15.
