Which limiter are you talking about? The park and neutral one? Or the one in drive?



Unless you have a good reason to remove either, particularly the 6250 or whatever it is one, you should just leave well enough alone. On a stock motor, you'll be over winding it and falling off the power band anyway.
 
im not too car savy. what do u mean when u say the power band. i am talking abput the park and neutral one. i ask because i plan on getting pipes put on and i dont want the engine to hold up at 3rpm, i would rather have it able to get up to 4-5 1/2rpm.
