Because of the $$ to be made and the competition. I wont be suprised if ford does an about face in 2yrs. The euro-ranger will be in the states....

Funny how they mention nothing about having to relocate the exhaust, the stock ridgeline has the exhaust running under the rear suspension which is a huge design flaw, i have personally seen one flattenned on a rock and had to be cut off.
