rims and tires

I am looking for rims and tires, I have two choices. They are:



a: Demoda Monopoly HyperBlack 20x9 rims that come with goodyear eagle gt2 275/45/20

OR

b:Konig Beyond Silver Lip Black spoke 18x9.5 rims that come with Nitto Tires.



My question is will either of these rims rub because of the width. Please help me decide.



both will be using regular tires not low profile.

What's the offset and backspacing?

I just recently put 20x9 rims with Nitto 404's 255/50/20 on my trac and it doesn't rub at all, if you go with 275/45/20 you should be all right here is a link for a conversion chart to help
