Rough idle

Good morning , I just switched out egr valve do to a rough idle. Prior to this I was getting an obd code for misfire at cylinder 5. I replaced plugs , wires and coil pack. Switching egr made rough idle worse . I’m stumped.

Good morning , resolves issue. It was EGR pressure sensor. Replaced it and now runs smooth

That's good news! DPFE sensors & those riser hoses are notorious failure items.
For future reference, what year model is your SportTrac?
