Rough Idle

For the last three days my idle has been horrible. When in park or at a stop light the ST gets this odd shimmy and just feels like she is having breathing issues. I had assumed I had fized the problem when I found a hose loose near the transmission fluid dip stick (the hose that also connects to MAF). plugged it back in and i thought it ran better but maybe i was wrong. anyways the problem is definatetly still going on. The little elbow that everyone has go bad looks okay as do all the other hoses. It's gotta be something small... Under normal driving conditions shes fine. Maybe a throttle body clean and an IAC clean? Any other thoughts?

That elbow may look okay, but take it off and look at the bottom.

I'd recommend the cleaning either way.. Fixed my idle issues.. I also did a Seafoam treatment at the same time..
