Rumble Rumble..

I just got a Flowmaster Delta 50 SUV Preformance Muffler put on the Trac. It's great I can definately hear a difference in the Exhaust sound. But it doesn't quite have the Rumble that I would like. What would be the next step to get a lower/louder Exhaust sound.

Hordaine, I have the same muffler with stock tail/exit pipe. It sounds good and I wouldn't mind if it were a little louder on the outside, but I don't want to increase cabin drone/noise at the same time. Maybe a Flowmaster Delta 40 will hit the sweet spot?

did you actually change the catback or just the muffler? If you only had a new muffler welded into the system, chances are they left the silencer on (the coffee can just before the exit). Have a new pipe welded in and you should be good.

I was just going to say what Spiff said. Also I have a Flowmaster 40 Delta 2.5" in and 2.5" out if that 50 isn't doing it for ya.
