sat radio ready ? install question

my 08 escapes stock radio looks like it is sat ready. there is a button for sat radio.

wondering how involved it would be add sat to the exisiting head unit.

Should be fairly straight forward, get the Ford Sat adaptor and then the radio will have to be reconfigured with an IDS. I have done a few of them for customers...no big deal
