saw this today

went to get tires for my wifes car and the tire sales guy had this in his driveway... it was sweet, it used tractor axles and had a ford power stroke big block and brakes on both driveshafts... i just stared at it for like 20 minutes

i asked him how much those cost and he said he couldnt afford the new ones so he only gets used ones @ $5000 a peice new are almost 20k each

My hometown is home to a famous mud bog and there are lots of trucks on tractor tires (much thinner than those) that you'll see in front yards (towering over their mobile homes) or on trailers headed to the bog.

I just can't wrap my mind around 5000 dollars for a tire, let alone 20000 for one.



I wonder what it'd be like to drive a beast like that. Most "monster trucks" I've seen have 4 wheel steering. How do you turn in that behemoth?

woah my bad i meant 500 for a used one and about 2000 for a new one... they are agricultural tires and weigh 1000 lbs each

idk LOL...they are agricultural tires so i imagine you can mount them with a bead buddy... tahts what we use for our tractor tires

yea and my trac is jacked up 12.5 inches over stock height too so that really says something
