went to get tires for my wifes car and the tire sales guy had this in his driveway... it was sweet, it used tractor axles and had a ford power stroke big block and brakes on both driveshafts... i just stared at it for like 20 minutes

Where's he keep a spare?:bwahaha:

It's big and all, but, ehhhh...

My hometown is home to a famous mud bog and there are lots of trucks on tractor tires (much thinner than those) that you'll see in front yards (towering over their mobile homes) or on trailers headed to the bog.

That episode of Top Gear makes it look like you're being beaten by Louisianians then, doesn't it?

I just can't wrap my mind around 5000 dollars for a tire, let alone 20000 for one.

I wonder what it'd be like to drive a beast like that. Most "monster trucks" I've seen have 4 wheel steering. How do you turn in that behemoth?

Oh, whew, that's a lot more palatable. I was tripping over a new tire that costs as much as my fusion lol.

Gotta be fun to drive.
