Screamin' Demon & LiveWires Info

Hello all,



I need to change my Spark Plugs and wires out on my 2002 2x2 Sport Trac. I'm planning on using Motorcraft Plugs (AGSF22FM) and was looking at the Screamin' Demon & LiveWires for the coil and wires.



Any thoughts on the Screamin' Demon & LiveWires? any recommendations.
