seat belt chimes

My friend has a 2003 explorer xlt (and no manual) and wants to disarm the seat belt chime. Can anyone help me out on how to do this.

You can't disable it without major work.

And why would you want to?

Put on the seatbelt. No chime!

Usually it requires turning the key on/off and plugging/unplugging the seatbelt 9 times or so.
