seat covers - 2 pieces per seat?

Does anyone make a seat cover that is 2 pieces; one for the seat and one for the head rest?



I have seen tons of one-piece covers, but want to be able to adjust my headrests without having to fight the fabric of the one-pieces.

most people on this site don't like them, but they are 7 pieces and fit good after a wash in the machine...
