Find a "U Pull it" junk yard.
Less then $50 here in Pa & $9 for the belt.
& usually Around the same price at all of them around me.
Should be similar if any are around you.

tombstone is right, what i have seen at u pull it way cheaper then the yards that pull parts and ebays them, you can also look at other ford seats and swap pans, the newer cars are a little harder with wiring and air bags but can be done.
