[QUOTE="Rodney Johnson, post: 986868, member: 70439"] I received information on another forum that this style (RF) keypad works totally different from the OEM style (Hardwired). If your OEM security code is lost the code is not stored on any module in the vehicle. Because it is RF switched you will not be able to reprogram....a connection would not help because it is not stored in the SJB. I bought this truck they put another Sport Trac owners manual/information in the glove box. There was not code card in the information. I was cleaning the truck a couple of weeks after buying the truck and found what I think is the origianl manual packet under the passenger seat. It has the original owners name in the maintenance book and the aftermarket keypad instruction was in it. The OEM Security code card was in the front pocket, so I thought I was golden. I am at a loss now since the code is not opening the doors. It will lock, but not open. I can replace the keypad with a new OEM Ford aftermarket for about $75 bucks....that may be my best option now.
