ROFL, even China is having the Ponzi scheme problem with its social security.
On the environment, Red China might manage to Eff it up more with its desertification, pollution, over-exploitation, and river relocation projects than Soviet Russia managed to do, and they ravaged an entire sea that has yet to recover. (So the bar is pretty high...and China is close)
I knew the Chinese graduation statistics had to be bogus.
Finally, paying bureaucrats bonuses on "area improvements" is as retarded as assessing programming efficiency by number of lines of code.
(Or giving more welfare for more kids, etc etc)
