Hi all,
Just out the blue sky I got several error codes. I am thinking this is some electrical issues?

1st thing I'd look for is a blown Fuse for the OxSensors;
check your 2002 owners manual; this one should be in the FuseBox under hood;
pull the fuse & use an OhmMeter, not just a visual check.
2nd thing, assuming your OBD2 Scanner+Software can display live data,
what are the OxSensors\MAFSensor\TPSensor\... signals doing,
both during start up & after engin has warmed up.
3rd, do an eyeball inspection on the OxSensors\MAFSensor\TPSensor\... & Cabling;
look for loose\disconnected plugs or frayed\damaged\burned\broken wiring.
OxSensor cables commonly get too close to exhaust manifolds\pipes & melt.
4th, the TPSensor is just a 3pin variable\rotary resistor, notorious for getting dead spots;
remove the TPS, use an OhmMeter to check that resistance varies smoothly as you rotate the shaft.

Ok, I ran a GM fuel injection shop back in the early 2000s but many of the principles are the same.
I'd start with what Dillardoo said, but this reeks of bad PCM and/or a intermittent ground somewhere. Not sure if you're in Palmetto GA or Palmetto FL, but if you're in FL near salt water, corrosion of terminal ends and grounding points is a constant fight.
 
This morning I unplugged the MAF, and all other sensors cable and after I plugged them all back, the errors are disappeared.

Could have been just a loose or corroded connection, if your lucky. Monitor them for the next few drive cycles.
 
Look around that connector and wire insulation.... could be water, a fluke or age too.....
 
Ok, that's actually valuable intel.
If they share a common ground thru the PCM, I'd check that pin on the PCM, and then the connection where the PCM goes to ground (frame, body, engine, whatever).
 
I have found MAF sensors to need a gentle cleaning now and then, I just use electronics cleaner
