I must confess, Iam a bad ST owner. I bought my 03 ST 6 weeks ago. Untill today I only opened the hood to see if the engine was there. Looked underneth to see if I had a spare. But now I am trying to decide what to do first, inhance performance, comfort, or apperance. After reading and seeing what so many have done to their ST's Iam getting motovated to start. This is a great site...:)

First...buy a safe, throw your wallet inside, throw away the combination.

If step one fails, sell the house, have fun.

Anything to improve the ride and handling is where I statred, EE sway bar and shocks. Then go with performance, intake exhaust and maybe a chip. Then think about what you want to do next weekend, LOL

ENJOY

Heh... listen to Jeff C. He obviously speaks from experience. I've had my ST for almost as long as you've had yours, and I've spent every extra penny I have on it so far... with plans to spend more.

rj this site is addictive, you end up not wanting to miss any of the post to give you the heads up on what's new, then it affects the wallet for the sensible mods you'll read about, especially after you visit the projects section. Now start having fun for the ST makeover.:D

rjc,

Ginger or Mary Ann, paper or plastic, Wilma or Betty...

It all depends on your personal preferences and what you bought your Trac

for in the first place.

First bet is the shocks.

Reflexes, Rancho's, or Joe Smith brand, you CANNOT go wrong by replacing the

factory shocks.

That's just Gospel on this site!!!

Welcome!:)

SUPERCHARGER!!!

Then you will redeem yourself for the neglect you showed your sport trac at first. ;)

At some point in time, the spending on the ST does taper off... um, yah. ;)

I've had mine for 4.5 years, have 85,000 miles on it... I think my next big expenditure will be a performance exhaust - but I keep telling myself that I'll wait until the existing exhaust rots off.

If you have a stainless system you will be waiting a very long time. I had one on a Chevy that I owned for 7 years and 120K+ miles; exhaust still looked new.
