Will a Sirius radio that comes equiped with vehicle pick up regular radio off the air?

I know nothing about satalite radio and I shoudl....shame on me.

If it is a Sirius capable, it should. Most factory(if not all) do.

My plug and play unit only gets Sat radio, but it requires the OEM unit to operate.

BIZ,,My wifes new escape has sirius sat. You can choose between AM, FM or SAT. Also CD.

Most dealers give you six months to a year of free sat radio. If the car/truck has a standard radio ant. on the fender....then yeah, it will have AM/FM/CD equiped in most cases. The sat. antenna is usually mounted on the roof.

Thanks, all, for answers.

Looks like I may have to get my Fusion with Sirius to get leather seats that mama wants. Just wondering if I could us the radio for normal listening.
