Anyone ever bought from this place? Are they OK to deal with. How about shipping? A lot of places make their $$ from S&H.

I've bought a couple of items from them. Pretty sure it's flat rate $4.99 shipping for everything. They aren't the fastest to ship but I've gotten everything I've ordered.

I have had a lot of trouble. 60 days and I am still waiting for a refund. I returned the item exactly as they directed. After 30 days I emailed and was told it would arrive within 14 days. 3 weeks later still no refund and now they say it never arrived. NOW they are not returning my emails.



I don't recommend them.

It took 11 weeks and about a dozen emails but my refund arrived.
