IT is a MAC intake plate and mount with a regular washable open style filter on it..



Will Fit directly on to a GEN 1 V6 intake tube....



Just remove the air box and the 4 MAF bolts and your all set....



Comes with new gasket and 4 MAF bolts.....



No special tools needed to install.
